Preheat oven to 450°F and place a rack in the middle position. Wash and dry all produce. Peel and mince @garlic{2%cloves}. Heat @olive oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add half the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant ~{30%seconds}. Stir in @tomato paste{2%tbsp} and half the @italian seasoning{2%tsp}. Cook until combined. Add @pre-cooked turkey meatballs{12%pieces}, @sugar{½%tsp}, @salt{¼%tsp}, @black pepper{¼%tsp}, and @water{½%cup}. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly and meatballs are warmed through ~{1%minute}. Stir in 1 tbsp of @butter{3%tbsp} and turn off the heat.

In a #small bowl{}, combine the remaining 2 tbsp of butter and the remaining garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Microwave until the butter softens ~{10%seconds}. Slice @demi-baguette{2%pieces} lengthwise, stopping just before cutting all the way through. Spread the cut sides with the garlic butter and place them cut-side up on a #baking sheet{}. Toast on the middle oven rack until lightly browned ~{2%minutes}. Carefully fill the toasted baguettes with the meatballs and sauce, then sprinkle with @mozzarella cheese{½%cup}. Return to the oven until the cheese melts ~{2%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a #medium bowl{}, toss @mixed greens{2%cups} with @italian dressing{2%tbsp} until evenly coated. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
